At Kinship Therapies, we nurture mental health that is in connection with your deeper essence and the web of life; your ecosystem, community, family, and spirituality.
We’ve been developing unique, integrative treatment for mental health since 2012. We combine depth psychotherapy and indigenous healing wisdom, including ceremony, Ayurveda, and spiritual retreats.
OUR STORY
Kinship Therapies & Retreats is the outcome of a 10 years of development of a unique treatment model for holistic mental health.
It started in 2012, when Kopali and Danesh founded a pioneering therapeutic program “Living Clean Ibogaine” that helped over 400 hundred people recovering from severe addictions. The program operated out of a nature retreat centers in central Mexico and received international clients who stayed 60-90 days.
We worked hand-in-hand with indigenous healers, integrated ancestral ceremonies with Sacred Plants, psychotherapy, Chinese Medicine and Mexican Curanderismo.
What inspired us to keep going is the knowing and seeing the remarkable outcomes of combining psychotherapy, restorative medicine and indigenous healing ceremonies.
In 2017, after return to West Coast, USA we expanded clinical work and integrated Ayurveda into our therapeutic approach. Our treatment model got tested, reinvented and adapted to legal, ethical and cultural context.
We currently offer a combination of counseling, outpatient Ayurveda treatment with retreats.
As soon as we locate the appropriate land and facilities, our programs will offer people residential options.
We remain committed to healing that brings about sense of purpose, connection to Mother Earth, honoring traditions of ancestors and following the vision of creativity and joy.
